The Main Dining Room at The Matheson showcases Chef Dustin Valette's micro-seasonal approach to wine country cuisine. Working closely with Chef Nate Davis, the kitchen becomes a place of creative collaboration where the menu changes with the moment.

This Michelin-recognized restaurant features a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence wine program with 88 selections on tap, offering guests the opportunity to explore without over-committing.

Roof 106 is Healdsburg Plaza's rooftop restaurant and cocktail bar, where wood-fired cuisine meets open-air energy. Our Mugnaini oven turns out pizzas, seasonal small plates, and wood-fired dishes meant for sharing (though you don't have to).
