Kathleen takes an ingredient-driven approach to cocktails. Whether it is spending off-hours collaborating with the kitchen staff on a new bitters infusion, or spending months in Mexico completely immersed in the world of tequila, Kathleen brings her complexity and curiosity to the glass. Kathleen has run bar programs in cocktail capitals, like Chicago and Mexico City. She brings her love of botanicals and seasonal herbs to wine country, along with her team, at our bars.
