Dustin Valette
Chef Valette’s culinary passion has brought him far from Healdsburg, and then right back to it. The Matheson is his second restaurant in downtown Healdsburg. He is also the owner of Valette Wines.
Craig Ramsey
Craig spent much of his life in technology and philanthropy. He bought a vineyard in Healdsburg 20 years ago and fell in love with Healdsburg, wine country and Chef Valette’s cooking.
Marko Sotto
Marko is a firm believer in the idea that if leadership can get the company culture right, everything else will follow.
Brian Best
Brian started cooking in his hometown dinner theater in Maryland. In NYC, he cooked at Montrachet, Layla, and Tribecca Grill under restaurateur Drew Nieporent.
Mary Dicus
Mary became friends with GM Marko Sotto and Chef Valette in their early days at Aqua, where she was the manager. After years in the front of house, Mary found her calling in event management.
Jon McCarthy
Growing up in northern Virginia’s burgeoning wine country, fine food and wine electrified Jon at an early age. Jon fell in love with northern California during a road trip and immediately moved west.
