Mary became friends with GM Marko Sotto and Chef Valette in their early days at Aqua, where she was managing service. After years in the front of house, Mary found her calling in event management. She created events programs for San Francisco’s EPIC Steak, Magnolia Brewing Co., and AT&T Park, where she worked with Bon Apetit Catering producing events for up to 5000 guests. Chef Valette, Marko and the opportunity of opening events at The Matheson lured her away from the city to Healdsburg.
